🍕 The Pizza Review Scoring Guide
So you think you can rate pizza...
0–50
💥 A Genuine Incident
We don't talk about what happened here. This pizza hurt you. Maybe the cheese was a science experiment, maybe the crust had the structural integrity of wet cardboard. File this one away as a cautionary tale and warn your friends.
51–70
😑 The Reliable Mediocre
Not bad. Not memorable. This is the pizza you order when you can't agree on anything else. It showed up on time, it was warm, and it asked nothing of you emotionally. Respect, but barely.
71–80
👌 Now We're Talking
This pizza had a point of view. Good crust, solid sauce, cheese that actually behaved itself. You'd come back. You might even recommend it to someone you mildly like. A respectable score for a respectable pie.
81–90
🔥 A Genuine Contender
This is a destination pizza. You'd drive for this. You told at least one person about it unprompted. The kind of slice that makes you briefly reconsider your life choices — in a good way. Don't give this score lightly.
91–95
⭐ Reserved for the Extraordinary
You've entered rare air. This pizza has no meaningful flaws. Every element was intentional. You may have sat in silence for a moment after the first bite. These scores should be uncommon. If you're giving these out regularly, recalibrate.
96–100
🦄 The Unicorn
Stop. Breathe. Are you sure? This score means this pizza fundamentally changed you. Professional critics spend careers searching for this. If you're here, you've either discovered something transcendent — or you skipped lunch. Please revisit the 91–95 range before proceeding.
